Nature of published content
Website content is provided for informational, institutional, documentary, cultural and public communication purposes. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, psychological or other professional advice.
We may modify, remove, reorganize or update website content at any time without prior notice when necessary to correct information, incorporate formal agreements, protect rights, comply with legal obligations or improve public clarity.
References to programs, partnerships, funding applications, reports, collaborating entities, territorial nodes, governance documents or fiscal structures are published for informational purposes and may be subject to update, documentary formalization or confirmation as applicable.
No impact claim should be interpreted as a verified program outcome until it is accompanied by its source, methodology, measurement period and corresponding reporting document.
Institutional phase and framework pages
Exodus & Resilience is in a founding and institutional consolidation phase. Some published contents describe working frameworks, development routes, framework documents, territorial nodes in design, funding applications under evaluation or governance mechanisms subject to formalization by milestone.
When information is pending approval, validation, signature, public confirmation or publication of outcomes, this will be indicated proportionately on the corresponding page.
Framework pages under the Reports and Governance sections are intended to communicate institutional structure, not to replace definitive, dated, signed and approved documents. Definitive versions will be published when validated through the corresponding governance process.
View reports and framework documentsPrograms, partnerships and contributions
Information related to territorial programs, institutional partnerships, philanthropic collaborations or possible contributions is provided as general reference. Each relationship, donation, fiscal sponsorship or collaboration agreement is governed by the specific documents signed with the corresponding entities.
Donations designated for the Exodus & Resilience New York program are channeled exclusively through the Venezuelan American Endowment for the Arts (VAEA), an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organization. Donations designated for the Barcelona, Caracas and Acarigua programs are channeled through the fiscal sponsorship agreement signed with Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) organization, effective since June 2025.
The Acarigua program is executed through a formalized institutional alliance with the Fundación Museo de Arte Acarigua-Araure, a Venezuelan regional cultural institution. The foundation is mentioned in text only; its logo must not be used in public materials until formal brand-use authorization has been granted.
Tax-deductible donations, where available, are channeled exclusively through authorized entities and according to the terms established by applicable law. Exodus & Resilience does not provide tax advice and recommends that donors consult their own advisors before making any contribution.
