Legal notice

Legal information and terms of use.

This notice governs access, browsing and use of the institutional website of Exodus & Resilience, as well as the information published about its institutional architecture, territorial programs and public documents.

Ownership

Entity responsible for the website

The website exodusandresilience.org operates as the digital institutional headquarters of Exodus & Resilience, an international cultural and social infrastructure platform in its founding phase.

For institutional correspondence, legal inquiries, transparency requests, privacy matters or authorized use of content, please write to contact@exodusandresilience.org.

Nature of the site

Institutional information, not a contractual offer

The contents published on this website are intended for informational, institutional, documentary, cultural and philanthropic purposes. The information available does not constitute legal, tax, financial, accounting or professional advice.

The publication of information about programs, partnerships, institutional architecture, funding applications, governance documents or impact methodologies does not in itself imply the existence of a contractual offer, binding commitment, fiduciary relationship, donation agreement, sponsorship, service provision or employment relationship.

Any collaboration, donation, institutional partnership, fiscal sponsorship, consideration or legal relationship must be formalized through the specific documents applicable in each jurisdiction.

Institutional phase

Documented founding phase

Exodus & Resilience is in a founding and institutional consolidation phase. Some published contents describe working frameworks, development routes, framework documents, territorial nodes in design, institutional conversations or governance mechanisms subject to formalization by milestone.

When information is pending approval, validation, signature, publication of outcomes or public confirmation, this will be indicated proportionately on the corresponding page.

Fiscal architecture

Donations, partnerships and support mechanisms

Exodus & Resilience does not present this website as an automatic fundraising platform or as a substitute for the formal agreements that may apply to each donation, partnership or collaboration mechanism.

New York program

The New York program is executed through a formalized institutional alliance with the Venezuelan American Endowment for the Arts (VAEA), an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organization. Donations designated for the Exodus & Resilience New York program are channeled exclusively through VAEA. Contributions from U.S. tax residents are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Barcelona, Caracas and Acarigua programs

Donations designated for the Barcelona, Caracas and Acarigua programs are channeled through the fiscal sponsorship agreement signed with Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) organization, effective since June 2025. For U.S. tax residents, contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

For donors in other jurisdictions, contributions may also be channeled through Fractured Atlas, although they may not generate a tax deduction in the donor’s jurisdiction. For European or local donors who prefer to articulate support directly with accredited entities in each territory, an alternative mechanism is documented upon closing the corresponding agreement.

The Acarigua program is executed through a formalized institutional alliance with the Fundación Museo de Arte Acarigua-Araure, a Venezuelan regional cultural institution. The foundation is mentioned in text only; its logo must not be used in public materials until formal brand-use authorization has been granted.

Each donor or partner should consult their own tax, legal or financial advisors before making a contribution. Nothing on this website constitutes tax advice.
